Join our coffee project aimed at improving coffee quality, strengthening the organization at the FCS level, and increasing market competitiveness.
The project outcomes include enhanced governance and management of Kirurumwe FCS, improved coffee processing and quality, better market access, and feasibility verification of activities across the coffee value chain.

ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITIES
Specific activities include organizational management programs, financial training, support for acquiring coffee drying beds, training on coffee farming and quality management, facilitating coffee marketing, and conducting coffee preparatory research.
