ACTIVITES IN COLLABORATION
In Collaboration with Good Neighbors(Good Neighbors Global Impact, Kenya Good Neighbors) and KOICA
Coffee Farming Training
Our training covers both conventional and eco-friendly farming methods, emphasizing sustainable practices for high-quality coffee production.
We have conducted extensive training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our farmers.
Coffee Lab
To ensure the highest quality of coffee, we have established a state-of-the-art Coffee Lab.
Here, members are trained in quality testing and flavor profiling. This enables us to evaluate the grade and quality of our farmers' harvested coffee and strive for better-quality production.
Nursery for New Coffee Trees
Recognizing the limited productivity of old coffee trees, we have established a nursery to cultivate and distribute new coffee seedlings.
This initiative encourages our members to plant new trees, ensuring a sustainable future for coffee farming.
The Nursery Management Committee, thoroughly trained in nursery management, oversees this effort.
Solar Dryer
Maintaining the optimal moisture content of 11-15% during the drying process is crucial for producing high-grade coffee.
To achieve this, we are installing solar greenhouse dryers at each factory.
These dryers, equipped with moisture meters, help us control the drying process effectively, resulting in consistent and high-quality coffee.

Environmental and Facility Upgrades
Recognizing that good coffee comes from a good environment, we have upgraded all our fermentation tanks, washing channels, and drying beds in each factory.
We established the Facility Management Committee (FMC) to oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of our new facilities.
The FMC ensures that only the best quality coffee cherries are processed by managing the sorting process.
To further enhance our operations, the FMC participates in study tours to well-managed factories, gaining insights to improve our own facilities.
