Rainforest Certification

We are currently in the process of obtaining the Rainforest Alliance Certification.

This certification will validate our commitment to sustainable farming practices and forest protection.

It will also enhance our reputation in the global coffee market, assuring consumers that our coffee is produced in an environmentally responsible manner.

All coffee cooperatives in Embu County are progressing with the ‘Mount Kenya Sustainable Landscape and Livelihoods Program’ project, funded by the IKEA Foundation and in collaboration with the Rainforest Alliance. You can find more details about the project at the link below:
