EUDR Data Collection Process

Dear Members of Kirurumwe Farmers Cooperative Society,

We wish to inform you of the ongoing data collection process as part of the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) compliance initiative. This process began on 9th September 2024 and will continue until 27th September 2024. Your participation in this exercise is vital to ensure our adherence to EUDR standards.

Collaboration with Data Collectors

Throughout this period, official data collectors will be visiting your farms to gather essential information. We kindly request your full cooperation with them. The data collected will not only help us meet regulatory requirements but will also promote the sustainability of our farming practices.

Importance of Compliance

Complying with EUDR is more than a regulatory obligation; it underscores our commitment to sustainable agriculture and environmental responsibility. By participating in this data collection, you contribute to shaping a greener future for farming in our community. Please provide accurate and timely information to the data collectors and embrace the practices needed to ensure compliance.

Thank you for your cooperation and support in this important initiative. Together, we can foster a sustainable and responsible farming culture.
